Cecilia Chang, Professor of Chinese, has been awarded the Nelson Bushnell ’20 Prize. This prize is awarded every year to three recipients, one from each of the academic divisions, whose “practice in writing and in teaching conforms notably to standards of good usage.” Cecilia has been recognized for her excellence in teaching and her contributions to the field of Chinese language education. This is the second time that a Williams College Asian Studies faculty member has been awarded this prize. Professor Cornelius Kubler received this award in 2012.
